A weekly Sunday morning sea dip — a simple way to wake up, get in the water, and start the day outdoors. It’s a relaxed, social meet-up. We gather by the beach, head into the sea together, and warm up afterwards.

Join us for a relaxing day at Shoreham Beach with paddleboarding, a sea swim, and a beach picnic. Everything is optional – bring your own paddleboard or borrow one, and enjoy the sunshine with a laid-back picnic. The sauna is available for £8.

Some of us are planning to head to Cuckmere this bank holiday for kayaking, paddleboarding and a day outdoors. Feel free to join us! You can bring your own kayak or paddleboard, or hire one there if you prefer. Please let us know when booking what you'd like to do, as rentals can get booked up.
