Join us for a refreshing day at Shoreham Beach! You can paddleboard, swim in the sea, or simply relax with a picnic. Bring your own paddleboard or borrow one on the day. After your swim, warm up in the sauna for £8. RSVP and we’ll pick the perfect date together!

Paddleboarding – Enjoy the water on your own board or borrow one.
Sea Swim – Take a dip in the refreshing sea and feel the cool waves.
Sauna – Warm up in the sauna for £8 after your swim, if you'd like.
Picnic – Relax on the beach with your favourite snacks and drinks. Bring whatever you'd like to share!
