Join us for a refreshing sea dip at 8:45 AM, just behind the Meeting Place Café. There’s also an optional yoga class from 8:00–8:45 AM that you can book beforehand. You’re welcome to use your free monthly yoga class or book it via BrightonYoga for £8.
