Timeline
We will meet at 10:00 AM at Brighton Marina and start the day with Qi-Gong to begin our hiking tour with a fresh mind before heading for a walk through nature, wide-open grasslands and spectacular panoramic views. We will stop for a beginner-friendly feel-good yoga flow and a pick-nick.
Yoga with a view
The yoga practice is beginner-friendly and suitable for all levels. We will practice in nature with fantastic views and no artificial noise.
Weather
Surprisingly, the weather is mostly all right, but we will cancel the trip if there it's very windy and rainy. You will get a full refund!
