Join us for a day of outdoor relaxation and rejuvenation at Shoreham Beach! We’ll kick things off with a yoga session to stretch and unwind, followed by a refreshing sea swim. Afterward, warm up in the sauna before enjoying a delicious BBQ by the beach.

Join us for a day of outdoor relaxation and rejuvenation at Shoreham Beach! We’ll start with a yoga session to stretch and unwind, followed by a refreshing sea swim. Afterward, warm up in the sauna before enjoying a community-led BBQ by the beach.

The sauna will cost about £8, and you can use your free yoga class to join the yoga session, or book it separately for £8.The BBQ is community-led – bring whatever you want to eat and drink. If anyone has a portable BBQ, it would be great to have more than one going!
