Join us for a free, relaxed afternoon picking elderflowers and making fresh cordial. Bring a clean bottle and, if you can, some lemons, sugar, or other ingredients. We’ll sort the details together – it’s all about sharing skills and having fun!

About the Event
Join us for a joyful afternoon of foraging fragrant elderflowers and turning them into something delicious! We'll be making fresh elderflower cordial together – and for those who’d like to try something a bit different, we’ll also chat about how to make naturally fizzy elderflower champagne.
This is a relaxed, free skill-sharing event – just a fun way to celebrate the season and learn something new together. We’ll need a place to cook and a few simple ingredients like lemons, sugar, and water. If you can bring any of these, that’s wonderful – or there might be a small charge of a couple of pounds each to help cover costs. We can figure out the details closer to the day.
Please bring a clean bottle or jar so you can take some cordial home with you.
