About this meetup
Enjoy a relaxed Sunday morning by the sea with a dip and a friendly chat. Whether you fancy a swim, a quick paddle or simply some time on the beach, you’re welcome to come along. The usual meetup is at 10:00 by Lawns Café. There’s time to catch up and warm up afterwards, with the option of a coffee if you fancy. Check the WhatsApp group before heading down to confirm this week’s time, meeting point and who’s coming. You’re welcome to introduce yourself and suggest meeting up.

We often take photos of our meetups to encourage other people to come along. We share these on WhatsApp and social media. If you’d prefer not to be in a photo, just let people know.

Please check the weather, tides and sea conditions before attending, and only enter the water if you feel confident and comfortable. If in doubt, stay on the beach and enjoy a chat with the group.
