About this meetup
Enjoy a sociable start to your Saturday with parkrun and time for a chat. We meet at Lawns Café at 8:45 before the event, then everyone runs at their own pace. Afterwards, catch up again with the option of a coffee if you fancy. It’s a relaxed way to meet people and add a regular outdoor activity to your week. Check the WhatsApp group to see who’s coming and confirm the plan. Register with parkrun before your first event and bring your barcode.

We often take photos of our meetups to encourage other people to come along. We share these on WhatsApp and social media. If you’d prefer not to be in a photo, just let people know.
