Meeting Point: Mile Oak Farm, Mile Oak Rd, Brighton and Hove, Brighton BN41 2RF, UKA circular walk starting from Mile Oak, heading out across quieter parts of the South Downs with open views and a more tucked-away feel. It’s a self-guided community walk — we’ll meet up and follow the route together using AllTrails (no guide or leader).
Meeting Point: The Devils Dyke Pub, Devil's Dyke Rd, Brighton BN1 8YJ, UKAn evening meet-up under the night sky at Devil’s Dyke, with the chance to watch shooting stars and spend some time outdoors after dark. It’s a simple, relaxed gathering — we’ll meet, find a good spot, and settle in to watch the sky together.
BN25 4AD, Exceat, Seaford BN25 4AD, UKSome of us are planning to head to Cuckmere this bank holiday for kayaking, paddleboarding and a day outdoors. Feel free to join us! You can bring your own kayak or paddleboard, or hire one there if you prefer. Please let us know when booking what you'd like to do, as rentals can get booked up.
Meeting Point: Hassocks train station, Hassocks BN6 8JD, UKA circular walk from Hassocks up to Ditchling Beacon, with wide views across the South Downs and a mix of open hills and countryside paths. It’s a self-guided community walk — we’ll meet up and follow the route together using AllTrails (no guide or leader).
Shoreham-by-Sea, Shoreham-by-Sea, UKWe’re heading out for a relaxed riverside walk around Shoreham, following the River Adur past houseboats, bridges, and open views. It’s an easy-going route with plenty of spots to stop for a coffee or bring something along for a picnic. This is a community-led, self-guided walk.
Meeting Point: Asda Brighton Marina, Brighton Marina, Brighton and Hove, Brighton BN2 5UT, UKA coastal circular walk combining the Undercliff path with the village of Rottingdean and Kipling Gardens, with sea views, chalk cliffs, and a mix of coast and countryside. It’s a self-guided community walk — we’ll meet up and follow the route together using AllTrails (no guide or leader).
The Anchor Inn & Boating, Anchor Ln, Lewes BN8 5EA, UKA relaxed one by the water 🌿 We’re meeting at the Anchor Inn for an easy afternoon by the river — with the option to hire a small boat, sit outside, or just enjoy some time together. We’ll meet by the river, take a gentle walk along the water, and spend some time around the boating area.
Meeting Point: Spring Garden Nursery, Spring Gardens, Washington, Pulborough RH20 3BS, UKA relaxed day out in the countryside, picking strawberries and spending some time outdoors together. This is a social meet-up — everyone makes their own way there, picks at their own pace, and we gather afterwards for a picnic.
Meeting Point: Birling Gap Car Park, Beachy Head Rd, Eastbourne BN20 0AD, UKA longer circular walk taking in the Seven Sisters cliffs and Friston Forest, with coastal views, open downs, and woodland trails along the way. It’s a self-guided community walk — we’ll meet up and follow the route together using AllTrails (no guide or leader).
Meeting Point: Castle Hill Car Park, Warren Rd, Brighton and Hove, Brighton BN2 6BB, UKA relaxed walk across Castle Hill, known for its open landscapes and seasonal wildflowers. In early summer, the area is often filled with poppies. It’s a self-guided community walk — we’ll meet up and follow the route together using AllTrails (no guide or leader).

Wilmington, S Downs Way, Wilmington, Eastbourne BN26 5QX, UKJoin us for a beautiful countryside hike to the iconic Long Man of Wilmington, one of Sussex’s most intriguing historical landmarks. This walk offers stunning views across the South Downs and a chance to connect with nature, local history, and like-minded outdoor lovers.
Uckfield, Sheffield Park, Uckfield TN22 3QX, UKI’ve found a paddleboard yoga instructor who runs sessions at the beautiful Sheffield Park, and I thought this could be a really fun thing for us to try together. It’ll probably be around £20 per person, Afterwards, we can go for a walk around the park and maybe have a snack or coffee.
