Sauna & Sea Swim (Paddle Boarding) Meetup
Join us for a refreshing afternoon by the sea! We’ll start with a relaxing sauna session at Southwick, (book from 4:00–5:00 PM) —a perfect way to unwind and warm up. Afterwards, we’ll take a dip in the sea.

About the Event
Join us for a refreshing afternoon at Kingston Beach and Southwick Sauna! We'll begin with a rejuvenating sauna session at Southwick, followed by an invigorating sea swim. Feel free to bring your paddle board if you’d like to join in! It’s the perfect way to unwind and connect with nature.
